Stand-up Comedy w/ Matt See

Matt See has been entertaining people ever since he was a wee lad growing up in the hippie filled hills of Carboro. Whether it be in comical plays, improv, or stand-up comedy, making people laugh has been like an addiction to him. Luckily he refused to attend the state-mandated 10 step program to overcome this addiction and he is still here to entertain us.

Guitar Hero Elimination Tournament

The elimination tournament will be held on Saturday, September 22nd, 2007 at the Greenville RiverRock Festival from 12 Noon to 9 PM. It will be open to only those who have completed prior registration.

General Information

• The tournament will use Guitar Hero 2 on a X-Box 360 console.
• Controllers will be provided.
• Must be 16 to participate, unless you have an adult to sign as well.
• In case of an exact tie, the winner will be decided by a coin flip.
• MUST be present to play. No substitutions.
• When you arrive at the Event, come by and check in, so that we know you are there.
• A bracket for the tournament will be prepared and sent to each participant prior the event.
• If we run out of time before you play, there is simply nothing we can or will do.
• Each match-up will be played head-to-head with a pre-selected song and difficulty level.
• The winner of each match-up will advance to the next round.
• You must be registered to participate.
• The will be no opportunity for late registration.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct will be cause for disqualification.

Process

• Registration is open to the first 32 interested people.
• When Registration is closed, each participant will be notified of registration and sent a copy of the bracket.
• Each participant will provide the following information to register:
  • Name
  • Age
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email

By completing registration for the 2007 RiverRock Festival Guitar Hero Tournament, the registered party agrees to all of the terms and conditions applied to the tournament in the terms above and further terms associated with the event. RiverRock reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will notify all parties involved of such amendments.

Registration Information

All interested contestants will need to complete registration for the event. The tournament will host no more than 32 contestants of all ages. Registration is first com, first served.

How To Register

Registration is NOW OPEN at Emerge Gallery in Uptown Greenville.

Registration will close when 32 participants have signed up or Thrusday, September 20, 2007 at 5:00 PM. Whichever comes first. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please contact us!

50/50 Raffle

Enter for your chance to win money at RiverRock. 50/50 Raffle Tickets will be for sale for $1 at the festival information tent. Each ticket is a chance to win half of the total money raised through the sale of the tickets. Must be present to win. Drawing will be held at 7:15 PM during the RiverRock Awards.

Register To Vote!

If you have not done so yet, you can register to vote in Pitt County at RiverRock in 2007. The Pitt County Board of Elections will be on hand to register new voters. Register to vote and make a difference.
