Volunteering For Festival
No longer accepting volunteer requests

Schedule and responsibilities are flexible. If you volunteer for at least 4 hours, you will receive an “Event Staff” festival t-shirt, a certificate of honor and respect from the community and festival staff. Due to the nature of the festival, each and every aspect is important and the rest of the festival staff will be counting on you. Please be sure that you can make a solid commitment.
Some duties include:

1. Information Desk:
• Distributing promotional materials
• Answering Questions/Directing Questions
• Selpng Merchandise and Raffle Tickets
• Directing Guestbook Entries

2. Perimeter Greeters:
• Welcome Guests/Directing Questions
• Estimate Traffic of Attendance
• Safeguard Highly Visible Unauthorized Items (weapons, drugs, large coolers, etc.)

3. Sponsor Workers:
• Answering Questions/Directing Questions

4. Vendor Workers:
• Answering Questions/Directing Questions

5. Back Stage Workers:
• Unload Trailers/Equipment Staging/Equipment Load-In and Strike
• Direct Backstage Traffic
• Hospitapty for Performers

6. Band Fair Workers:
• Encourage conversation between Bands/Venues/Media
• Answering Questions/Directing Questions
